9. Courtesy Towards Officers.

    a. Saluting.

        (1) While in uniform, members will be expected to render a proper salute to a superior officer.

        (2) The subordinate will salute first and will hold the salute until returned by the superior officer.

    b. Entering Camp.When an office enters the camp for the first time, the first soldier to observe his approach will call the camp to attention.

    c. Speaking to. While in uniform and speaking to a superior office - always begin a statement with "Sir", and end a statement with "Sir".

10. Flags and Colors.

    a. During color ceremonies. All members of the Regiment will render proper military courtesy to the flag of the United States and to the Confederate flag.

    b. During Battle/Reenactment. At a reenactment, the members of the Regiment will not try to forcefully take the colors of another regiment, unless pre-arranged with the unit in question and the host of the particular event. If captured, color bearers shall be put under the guard, and the captured flag will be treated with respect, and as someone else's personal property.

11. Discipline.

   a. Participation.

        (1) Repeated failure to participate in required formations, fatigue duties, and other necessary activities without excuse from an office may result in the termination of your membership.

        (2) Failure to comply with attendance requirements for officers and NCOs will result in loss of commission or warrant.

    b. Behavior.

        (1) Rude, unseemly, or obnoxious behavior toward any members of the female sex is grounds for immediate expulsion from the organization.

        (2) Failure to obey lawful orders of Regimental/Company Officers and NCOs at events may result in loss of your membership or disciplinary action.

    c. Alcohol.

        (1) Consumption of alcohol is permitted in this organization, but only in the evening after you have completed all required duties, and only at the sites where consumption of alcohol is legal.

        (2) Aggressive, obnoxious and boisterous behavior while under the influence of alcohol is grounds for immediate expulsion from the organization.

        (3) Dispensing of alcohol to those under the legal drinking age is grounds for immediate expulsion from the organization.

    d. Illegal Substances. Possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal substances is grounds for immediate expulsion from the organization.

    e. Theft.  Proven theft from any member of this Regiment or any other reenactment organization is grounds for immediate expulsion from the organization.
